All our client websites are monitored and pinged every few minutes, so usually we are alerted even before you might have noticed something, and our team is probably already investigating IF it is a legitimate issue.


1) Site seems DOWN


Before submitting a ticket (which takes time to get answered), please check your site here quickly:

This will instantly show you if it is working. If it works there, it might just be a caching issue in your browser, in which case "Clearing the Cache" should fix it.


Simply Google something like this, depending on the browser and operating system you are using: "clearing cache in Chrome Windows"


This will show you the most current way to do a cache clearing on your particular browser/OS


2) Site seems HACKED


IF on the extremely rare occasion a website shows as having been hacked, such as by bringing up a red flag in Google and denying you access, we should also be aware and working on it already, as our constant Malware scans would have picked it up already.


Please do NOT visit the website if that is the case.


We do take this seriously and will investigate the issue with highest priority.
