If you have subscribed to our WordPress Management Service on a promotional rate, such as our annual End Of Financial Year Sale in Australia, your reduced rate will remain valid forever unless your subscription lapses through non-payment or other issues from your end which are not rectified in a timely manner after we have sent you a written payment reminder.
Please ensure that your payment methods remain current, such as Expiry Dates of Credit Cards etc, so that renewal payments can be charged on the due date.
Should your account lapse and remain unpaid beyond our reminder time, you will have to re-subscribe at the then-current rate on our website.
